Observation, Assessment and Planning - Observing and making notes
- Child 1:
- … storm doesn't knock it down.
- Adult:
- You what doesn't knock it down?
- Child 1:
- When, when the storm comes, it might knock down.
- Adult:
- Is it really strong, then? How have you made it really strong?
- Child 1:
- Well there's water in it and, and there's lots of bricks inside.
- Adult:
- There are lots of bricks, aren't there?
- Child 1:
- If somebody goes and touches it…
- Adult:
- 'Cos you haven't just used one brick have you, you've used, like, two bricks on top of each other or two bricks next to each other and over there you've got four on top of each other.
- Child 1:
- If anybody touches it, can you…
- Adult:
- I will tell them to stop. I don't think they will though, Jay, 'cos I think everybody's really enjoying playing with it.
- Child 2:
- Is someone using that?
- Child 3:
- Oh yeah, I'll get it showered in the water.
- Child 4:
- And they can put some more water in.
- Child 5:
- Adam, the [?] floats better.
- Child 6:
- I've got an elephant to go over the bridge.
- Child 3:
- I was having a shower. I was having a shower now.
- Child 6:
- I've got a hippo, I have.
- Child 3:
- Oh yeah.
- Adult:
- Isaac, what is that noise?
- Child 1:
- It's finished now, it is.
- Adult:
- It's finished, the bridge is finished. It's fantastic.
