Federations Welcome

The White Paper Your child, your schools, our future: building a 21st century schools system was published on 30 June 2009 and sets out the role of schools, and the schools system, in delivering the vision first articulated in the Children's Plan to make England the best place in the world to grow up.

In developing the system, the Government intends to extend and draw fully on the evidence base and seeks to understand ever more deeply the needs of different pupils, parents, teachers, schools and areas of the country. This implementation plan (link below) sets out the concrete steps they will take to make a reality of these goals.
