Date of issue: Sep. 2000
What is it?

This training is appropriate for all teachers who wish to improve their grammatical knowledge or to consolidate recent training. Each module lasts no more than 15 minutes and delivers the pertinent points through animation and attractive graphics. Summaries and a glossary of terms are also included.
Who are these training materials for? This online training is appropriate for all teachers who wish to improve their grammatical knowledge. It can be used to update your understanding of contemporary grammatical terminology, to consolidate training you may have received, or as a preparation for teaching grammatical awareness, punctuation and writing during the Literacy Hour.
They are not for use with children.
Credits: Based on NLS training sessions created by Sue Palmer.
