What is it?

These six units and video are professional development resources on improving learning and teaching across the primary curriculum.

There is no expectation that schools and settings should use all the materials. They can be used flexibly to support school development needs and continuing professional development focus.

CDROM
Excellence and enjoyment: Learning and teaching in the primary years CDROM provides extra professional development resources, including:

  • additional readings and resources;
  • direct links to relevant websites;
  • a school self-evaluation grid for assessment for learning and self-evaluation prompts on other aspects of teaching and learning which can be used to highlight relevant materials.
