Self and peer review is a process that has been successfully developed with Excellence in Cities partnerships over the past few years, where each partnership works with an external partner to identify their strengths and areas for further development, as well as monitor and evaluate progress towards agreed objectives.
The self and peer review framework was recently adapted to make it more amenable to other partnerships who work outside of the context of EiC. Although, the process is intended to be and is more beneficial, when undertaken as an exercise for pairs or trios, it can still, of course, be used effectively without the peer element.
