Data protection

Under the Data Protection Act 1998, we have legal obligations towards you in the way that we deal with data collected from you. We use leading technologies and encryption software to safeguard your data, and keep strict security standards to prevent any unauthorised access to it. Information that you write on the feedback form will be used only so that we can send you a full reply. If you do not want a reply, the content of the information you send us will be noted on a database for our own internal purposes but any personal details that you give will be destroyed, and will not be shared internally or externally for any other purpose.
