Strategic management

Strategic management is the process of developing policies and plans to achieve your schools objectives, allocating and managing your resources to deliver your goals. In practice this work, led by the SLT and governors, should ensure that the school is investing in appropriate resources and managing the use of these, encompassing everything from managing buildings and ICT to planning ahead for changing pupil rolls.
